Joining does not enrol you in facial recognition. If you choose to participate, reference photos will be stored in private Supabase storage (Sydney, Australia). The proposed recognition technology is Amazon Rekognition (AWS Sydney), which is not connected to this beta upload page yet.
How your facial data will be handled
Participation is voluntary. We request separate consent before collecting reference photos. They are not placed in shared galleries. The current registration page uploads only to private Supabase storage; future biometric matching through AWS will require a separate explicit consent step. Sydney hosting does not guarantee every supporting processing operation stays within Australia. You can delete the photos you upload here.
This is a limited beta using a shared invitation code. A code plus name is not proof of identity. Do not share the code publicly.

Welcome, . Manage your private reference photos. You control whether to upload them, and can remove them at any time.
Your reference photos will be stored in private Supabase Storage in Sydney, Australia. They will not be displayed in the club's public/shared photo gallery. AWS Rekognition Sydney is planned for a future separate recognition test, but this upload does not send your photos to AWS or create biometric face templates.
Read data handling details
Uploading is voluntary. Only your account can access these files through the normal app interface. Private storage cannot guarantee zero risk of data breaches. You can delete your uploaded reference images and enrollment record below. Once AWS recognition is introduced, we will seek new informed consent before sending data for processing. Ride Gallery does not sell reference photos to advertisers.
